Arrow Poison Frog
These frogs live on the forest floor and feed in the daylight. Their skin contains deadly poison. The color of their skin is bright and keeps predators away.
Arrow poison frogs life cycle is unusual in that the female lays her eggs on the damp ground. When they hatch the male carries them on his back. When they are mature enough the male carefully releases them into the water.
